How does it work? What do I do and what do I get?

Ordering your letter is quick and easy. Simply use our on-line order form and follow the step-by-step instructions.

You will be asked to select one of our five magical Santa letters and then provide the custom information about your child. That's all there is to it.

If you want to order a second letter for another child, just repeat the process on the same order form, but you won't have to fill in the address information again if it's the same.

Then fill in your credit card information using our 128-bit secured third party authorized online processing service and the personalized Santa letter you selected will mailed to your child with a post mark from the North Pole and the magic will begin.


How much does this service cost?

At our new low price this year of only $7.77 per letter, this will surely be the best Christmas bargain you will buy for your child this year.

When will my letter be delivered?

All letters ordered before December 1st will be processed and mailed by December 2nd. Orders placed between December 1st and December 15th will be mailed within 48 hours after the order is placed.

If you want priority rush service, regardless of when you place your order, you can have your order shipped within 24 hours after the order is received and it will be sent by US Priority Mail. The cost of this rush service is an additional $5.95.

Due to the slow delivery time for mail near the Christmas season, we can not accept orders after December 16th. So be sure to order your Santa letter early. We recommend that all orders placed after December 10th be use the rush service option to guarantee delivery.


How do I know that you received my order?

You will receive an email from our secure on-line processor (usually PayPal<®>) with your Unique Reference Number. This lets you know your order was received.
